Shipping policy

The articles acquired will be processed as soon as the payment comes through. The order will be shipped the first business day of the week. The average delivery time of standard products is of 48 – 72 hours since the completion of the order.

The shipping costs will be added to the total of the invoice and they may vary depending on the destination country. For purchases above the amount indicated in each case, these charges will be free.

For any other international shipping please contact gertu@nogenband.com. Shipments to countries outside the EU are subject to internal Customs and Tax policies of each country, therefore, international customers are responsible for any additional costs once shipped.
